The road less traveled.

How easy it would be to traverse the trail already blazed! But, when pursuing one’s dreams, one takes the road wanting wear.

So sigh both now and somewhere ages hence, and breathe in the scent of the leaves and needles over which you trod: those of fir and spruce. Rest, too, in the undergrowth, and bask in the warmth of campfire, that you might rekindle your creative spirit.

The wonder of our world shines through you. Remember: you’re taking the road less traveled by, and this makes all the difference.

This candle smells like the most amazing Christmas tree. Like, I smell this candle, and I feel like I’m coming downstairs on Christmas morning. Please, buy this candle, because OH MY GOD it’s Wonderful.

  2. Maggie

There are a lot of “smells like an evergreen forest!” candles out there, but this one is the real deal. There’s usually something noticeably artificial about evergreen-scented candles that makes them hard to handle for long stretches of time, but this is not one of those. I’m planning on saving this one to burn during the holidays so that my fake Christmas tree feels a little more life-like!

  3. Rachel

This candle smells like Christmas only without the cold and snow and need to clean up pine needles! It’s simply lovely. My kids wouldn’t let me put it in my office as intended, instead commandeering it for the living room so they too could enjoy it!

  4. Tracey Phillips (verified owner)

If KYD had Christmas in mind, they put it all in this fragrance. I’ll save this one for the holidays and enjoy every minute of it!

  5. Kathryn Keener (verified owner)

As someone who wishes she lived in a place more remote, this candle brings nature closer. The fragrance of Diverged in a Wood is refreshing and brings to mind a quiet, secluded landscape where one can get in touch with the things that matter.

  6. Jacob Faust (verified owner)

Smelling this candle brings me back to standing in an evergreen forest, looking up at the trees and the stars beyond. It both makes me long for Christmas and want to go for a nature stroll. Some of the best freeing, calming scents of the forest are captured in a glass jar. And I would know – I live in the middle of the woods!

  7. Madolyn Rogers (verified owner)

I love the clean, woodsy scent of this candle – really refreshing. Really brings the feel of nature into the house. And of course, it’s perfect for Christmas!

  8. Whitney (verified owner)

This candle takes me back to camping as a kid. The fresh, clean scent of Northern woods. The enticing smokiness of a campfire. The endless possibility of the night and the stars. The stories that could unfold when you were in safely unfamiliar territory.

It’s more subtle than a big brand candle, in a pleasant and enticing way. This is a candle confident in what it has to offer – much like the road less traveled, just waiting for you to discover it for yourself.
